Our dojo offers four classes so that a wide range of adults (junior high school students and older) can continue to learn without difficulty and according to their own objectives.

Which class should I choose?

-Slow Class" for those who are concerned about their age or physical fitness

If you are over 60 years old, not confident in your physical strength, or have a chronic illness, you can learn slowly and at your own pace."Slow class."is recommended.

-Basic class" for those who want to learn the basics of techniques from the beginning.

If you are learning Aikido for the first time or want to review the basics of AikidoBasic Classis the best choice.

-For those who have mastered the basics and wish to further hone their skills, we offer the "Application Class".

When you have become accustomed to aikido to some extent.Applied Classes."to improve the variation and application of techniques.

Class Details

Slow Class

Class Outline

-subject (of taxation, etc.): Seniors who are new to Aikido or who have injuries or chronic illnesses that make them uncomfortable with strenuous exercise.

-ContentsThe students learn the basic movements of Aikido in a comfortable manner by slowly confirming each movement. The techniques are performed with care and without putting strain on the body, so that the risk of injury is reduced and can be continued for a long time.

 -Stretching and exercises are used to relax the body while practicing.

 -Ukemi movements are also practiced slowly and supported with gentle guidance.

 -Great for health maintenance, rehabilitation, stress reduction, etc.

Basic Class

Class Outline

-subject (of taxation, etc.)For those who are new to Aikido or would like to learn the basics again.

 

-ContentsAikido: Emphasis is placed on the techniques that form the foundation of martial arts, such as basic aikido posture, basic movements, and ukemi techniques. First, students learn how to use their bodies so that they can practice without injury.

 -Gain correct posture and movement

 -Repetitive practice of basic techniques

 -Learn the manners and etiquette of the dojo.

application class

Class Outline

-subject (of taxation, etc.)Aikido Basic Class: Those who have gone through the basic Aikido class and have mastered the basic movements of Aikido.

 

 

-ContentsThe students will further develop basic techniques and learn multiple technique patterns through repetitive practice. Students will develop an awareness of the timing of their opponents and how to break them down, as well as the ability to apply more advanced techniques.

-ContentsThis course is designed for those who wish to refine the basic and applied techniques they have already mastered and explore more advanced movements and mental aspects of the art. This course is designed for those who wish to prepare for dan and kyu examinations and to learn how to teach.

Children's Classes

Children and Basic Class

-ContentsAikido: Students will learn how to build a body free from injury, focusing on basic aikido posture, movements, and ukemi.

 -Familiarize yourself with aikido while incorporating elements of fun

Children and Applied Classes

(4th grade and up or 4th grade and up approx.)

 

-ContentsThe course is designed to build on the basics to develop more versatile techniques and smooth body movement.
