Adults (junior high school students and older)
Of course, no prior experience in exercise or aikido is necessary.

contents of a course of study

The flow is: stretching, basic movements, basic techniques, and self-defense.
Basic time will be extended, and instructors and black belts will carefully instruct beginners and other students.

Slow Class

target group

This program is for seniors 60 years of age and older. If you have no problems with squatting, getting up, or other activities of daily living, you are welcome to participate. Those with chronic illnesses or injuries are also welcome to join.

Even if you are under 60 years old, have extreme difficulty exercising, or feel uncomfortable doing forward rolls, we invite you to join us!

We will take a longer time for flexibility and practice aikido slowly, according to the body's condition, but firmly.
Please note that we will not be practicing any exercises that may cause even the slightest possibility of injury, such as ukemi in the frontal plane, which is practiced in the regular classes.

Exercise → Basic Aikido movements → Practice techniques.
It cultivates concentration, an injury-free body, and a kind heart.
Students will also practice protecting themselves from bullies and suspicious people.

Through games and exercises, the program helps improve physical and cognitive abilities.
As they become accustomed to the place, they will gradually introduce elements of aikido to prepare them for participation in the children's class.

It is a short 30-minute practice.
